Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements stated above. Providing false or misleading information in relation to your age, identity, or location constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held on the platform.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 33bw services, you are required to register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold one active account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a primary payment method registered in your own name. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date; accounts containing materially inaccurate registration details may be suspended pending correction.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Minimum deposit amounts and processing timeframes vary by payment method and are displayed on the platform at the time of each transaction.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the same legal name as the 33bw account holder. Third-party payments — i.e., deposits or withdrawals processed to or from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed where technically possible.

33bw reserves the right to request additional identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request may result in the withdrawal being declined and the account being reviewed.

All transactions on the 33bw platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers are outside 33bw's control and are the account holder's responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

33bw may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible account holders. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games or markets, and expiry dates. These specific promotion terms are published on the platform at the time the offer is made and form part of the overall agreement.

The following general rules apply to all 33bw bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible account unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

Betting & Gaming Rules

33bw does not accept bets placed after an event has concluded or a game outcome has been determined, regardless of whether the result was already publicly available at the time the bet was submitted. Any such bet identified as placed after the fact will be voided and the stake returned.

The minimum and maximum stake amounts for each market and game are displayed within the platform interface. 33bw reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any account at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns or potential rule violations are identified.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bw platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
